Job Title: VoiceBot Product Owner

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive Product Owner to lead the development of our AI Voicebot Solution. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, managing the roadmap, conducting market research, and understanding customer needs. You will also collaborate on UI design, prepare product descriptions, and coordinate updates. The role includes delivering product demos, training sessions, and overseeing product communication, as well as setting clear requirements and goals for cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market and competitor research, along with customer development.
  • Define and refine the product vision and strategic approach for feature rollout.
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap, including a detailed feature list.
  • Establish functional requirements and design user interfaces.
  • Prepare product descriptions, highlight features, and oversee updates.
  • Present demos, conduct training sessions, and manage product communications (e.g., newsletters).
  • Set clear requirements and goals for cross-functional product teams.

Your Profile:

  •  Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role, ideally in B2B with a focus on telecom or AI-driven tools.
  • Language requirements: Russian (internal communication); German (B1+) and/or English (B1+).
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, IT, telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Proven analytical skills to address product challenges and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Experience with UI prototyping and product modeling.
  • Strong planning, critical thinking, and client-focused approach, with a commitment to building long-term, collaborative relationships.
