About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer . With expertise in Routing, Switching, and Security, you will take a project-oriented approach to designing, deploying, and maintaining scalable, high-performance networks. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting complex issues, implementing cutting-edge solutions, and optimizing infrastructure to ensure seamless connectivity and security. You’ll play a key role in driving network expansion and innovation, working on project-based initiatives to enhance network capabilities and ensure robust protection against emerging threats. This dynamic role offers the chance to lead critical projects and contribute to the company’s technological advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Implementation: Lead the architecture and implementation of robust Cisco-based networks.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex networking issues (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs, etc.) to minimize downtime and ensure optimal connectivity.
- Security Management: Implement and maintain network security measures using technologies such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, or Cisco ASA to protect against potential threats.
- Network Expansion: Plan and execute network upgrades and expansion projects, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Monitoring & Optimization: Use tools like SolarWinds, Nagios, and Cisco Prime to continuously monitor network health, analyze performance, and drive optimizations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate network documentation for design, configurations, and processes to ensure seamless knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
- Certification: CCNP Routing and Switching certification or demonstrated equivalent experience.
- Extensive hands-on experience with routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Solid understanding of network security best practices, VPN, firewall management, and load balancers.
- Strong working knowledge of LAN/WAN, MPLS, and VPN technologies.
- Familiarity with network automation tools like Ansible or Python is a plus.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
